These terms govern your use of the Karibu hotel management platform and services provided by Obliqque Software Ltd. ("Obliqque", "we", "us"). By using Karibu, you agree to these terms.
Karibu is a web-based hotel management platform that provides reservation management, check-in/check-out, billing, housekeeping, and reporting tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each hotel admin is responsible for managing staff access within their property. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Karibu. We do not access, sell, or share your hotel or guest data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. The platform includes offline mode to mitigate connectivity issues. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Obliqque provides Karibu "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request a data export within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
