Obliqque Software Ltd. ("Obliqque", "we", "us") operates the Karibu hotel management platform and the Obliqque website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account information: When you register a hotel, we collect your name, email address, hotel name, and city.
Hotel data: Guest names, phone numbers, reservation details, invoices, and payment records that you enter into the platform.
Usage data: Browser type, pages visited, and basic analytics to improve the service.
Payment data: Processed securely by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We never store credit card numbers.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Each hotel's data is isolated — hotels cannot see each other's information. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls.
You own your hotel data. We do not sell, share, or use your guest data for advertising. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use browser localStorage to cache your hotel data for offline functionality and faster loading. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@obliqque.com to exercise these rights.
Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
